George Achdown born 4 July 1824 in Uppington, Shropshire. His parents were John Middleton Ashdown & Sarah Harding. He became a doctor and moved to Northampton where he practiced. He died 3 May 1892 in Isle of Wight. Is anybody researching this line? The Ashdowns were land agents in Uppington for several generations before George.
