William ASHDOWN christened 24 April 1859 St James, Gravesend, was in London on 1 Sept 1884 as witness to his younger brother's wedding (Henry John ASHDOWN)at St Giles Reg Office Middlesex.

William ASHDOWN is missing on 1881 Census in Kent, Sussex and Middlesex. He would have been abt 22 yo.

I am currently viewing 1841 and 1851 Census for Gillingham and Gravesend to build the family picture.

Any help appreciated from any aspect.
