I have an Ida Everdue Ashby b. 5 Nov 1877, Mulberry, Lincoln County, Tennessee; d. 30 Apr 1940, Bessemer, Jefferson County. Alabama. Her death certificate states her parents are Walter and Rebecca Ashby of Mulberry, Tennessee.

She married Archie Davidson born 23 August 1872, Fayetteville, Lincoln County, Tennessee. Death was 3 August 1942, Bessemer, Jefferson County, Alabama.
Parents are unknown. I “think” his mother is Adaline and siblings are Albert, Paul and Birdie. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Archie and Ida had 5 children:

Ola b. 29 Oct 1904, Bessemer, Jefferson, Alabama, d. 16 May 1994, Alabama. She married Ernest H. Crain.
Ora b. 29 Oct 1904, Bessemer, Jefferson, Alabama, d. 6 Jun 1990, Alabama. She married a Ritch.
Rebecca “Huey” b. 3 Dec 1907, Bessemer, Jefferson, Alabama, d. 5 Mar 1988. Signal Mountain, Tennessee. She married William L. Hooff.
Gladys b. April 1910, Bessemer, Jefferson, Alabama, d. 6 Nov 1999. She married a Cardin.
Archie Davidson, Jr. born Bessemer, Jefferson, Alabama. d. Alabama. He was in the military.

Any information on Archie or Ida’s parents would be a great help.
