Has anyone in their research come across a company located in Elmwood, Illinois by the name of ASHBAUGH? George GREEN during the late 1890s ran a company called The Belgian Horse Company. The Williamsfield Times of May 16, 1895 has a reference to his selling four horses to Ashbaugh & Co. I am trying to locate more about the Belgian Horse Co. and this is the first reference I have found of a sale by George GREEN. These business were located in western Peoria County. Thank you.
