Looking for the parents of Martin Ashbaugh. He was born in 1804 in PA. In 1810 he was residing in North Huntington, Westmoreland County, PA. He married Christina Barbary, they had 8 children: George, Andrew, Hannah, John, Barbara, James, Henry and Rebecca. In 1830 he was residing in Franklin Township, Westmoreland County, PA. In 1850 he resided in Allegheny Township, Westmoreland County, PA. According to the 1860, 1870 and 1880 Census he resided in Salem Township, Westmoreland County, PA. He died in 1901 and I believe he is buried in the Brush Creek Cemetery in North Huntington, Westmoreland County, PA. I think his father might have been born in Maryland, but I am not positive.
