I am trying to find the parents of Judith Julian Ishbaugh b. 1822 in PA and married Emanuel Glick in Pickaway Co., Ohio in 1840. I think Ishbaugh is mispelled and could be Fishpaw, Fishpaugh, Ashbaugh, Alspaugh, Eschbach or Eschbaugh. I am leaning toward Eschbach because both the Eschbachs and the Glicks were in Fairfield Co., Ohio, both moved to Huntington Co., Indiana around the same time and both bought land in Huntington Co close to one another. In the 1850 Census for Fairfield Co., Violet Twp., Ohio Emanuel Glick is living next to Jacob Ashbaugh. Jacob is 55 and wife's name is Catharine. I'm trying to find out if this Jacob Ashbaugh could be the brother of Tobias Eschbach. Tobias had 3 brothers: Solomon b. 1802 and Jacob and John both born 1797. Can anyone help me get this mess straightened out? Any info at all would be greatly appreciated.
