There is no documentation proving the two to be related that I have seen thus far. I doubt seriously a brother relationship but believe there is some relationship (perhaps 1st cousin or even more distant) present as the two families had roots in the same area and settled close by in PA. One in Westmoreland Co. and the other in Clarion Co. PA. It may, however, be a common German name as there are perhaps mopre than one town bearing the name Eschbach or related spelling in the Germany/Francee/Switzerland areas.
