My greatgrandmother was an Ash from Carbonear. I got some info from a cousin but i don't know how accurate it is. My gggrandfather Richard Ash moved to Trout River where he died in 1921. He has many descendants there but the name is extinct there I think. I'm interested in finding some members of the clan. Richard had sons William and Moses who remained in Carbonear.
