You are right of course, I was looking at the Anglican church microfilm the other day and it had; Elisha McFeters of parish of St. George and Sarah Jane Ashe of same, by the Publication of Banns, married December 19th. 1850 by J. McGivern, Rector of St. Mark's Anglican Church. I would say the enumerator who did the census got it wrong. Sorry for the first message!
