Ash Family from Texas, Mississippi

My grandfather was Lonnie Lacey Ash. He lived in Houston County, Texas, and was married to Mattie Belle Alford. His family came to Texas from Mississippi, where they owned plantations.

I have been unable to locate any information about his descendants. If anyone has any info, I would really appreciate it.
