I'm trying to run down a 'hunch'. I just found a census record for a George W. Ash and his wife Rebecca in Indiana for the 1880 Federal Readings. A wonderful person by the name of Gayle McDonald.... sent me some information on my missing George Washington Ash, son of Littleton Ash.
I just found a marriage record for George W. Ash and Rebecca H. Eaton in Vigo County, Indiana.
Does anyone know where these two went to after the 1880 Federal Census readings?
