All together their is well over 20. I have ASCOTT. ASCOT and ASCOTE in my family treeIhope that this of some help to you. I see that in one of your E.MAILS you mention MASON.In the 1851 census we have a RICHARD DOIDGE ARSTROTT age 22 U.M. living with his father THOMAS MASONARSTROTT married age 61.both are carpenters born in MILTON ABBOTT. And living together at LAMERTON in DEVONIn the 1881 census we have RICHARD ARSCOTT married with children age 53.Living at LAMERTON DEVON.carpenter and being born at MILTON ABBOTT DEVON.This must be the RICHARD ARSCOTT who,s fatherwas THOMAS MASON ARSTROTT I wonder if hecould be the brother of your WILLIAM ASCOTT and MARGARET.
