I am looking for information on a lost brother. My husbands great-great grandfather, Joseph Aschenbrenner, came over from Germany with a brother, but lost contact. He never heard from him again.
Joseph Aschenbrenner - worked as a brewer at Greentree Brewery in St. Louis during 1880's until death in July 1897 (beer vat explosion). He married Anna (unsure of maiden name) and had one son, Walther Aschenbrenner, who changed surname to Aschen in 1920's.
