I am looking for info on Joseph Aschenbrenner. He came over to the US late 1800's early 1900's at the latest. His wife was Barbara Reidl. Supposedly he was born in Oberphaltz, Bavaria, and she was born in Waldmeunken. He is my great grandfather, and they settled in New York. He died in 1940. May he be one of your German ancestor's brother or cousin? Any help would be appreciated!
