I think I have found out more info. Daniel Turner (David) Asbury born 1 Jan 1880, daughter Esther Ree Asbury married Howell Averyt and his sister married Daniel Carlton Pruitt, Jennie & Robert Pruitt oldest son and I have been corresponding with a daughter of one of Esthers daughter and she has an old family group sheet that someone gave Esther and it shows: David Franklin Asbury married to Mary J Bacon: Children William J, Joseph T, Allen Stokes, Katie Elizabeth and a Mary Jane.
Then David Franklin mother unknown: Children: Randolph born 1875, Jennie Sharp Asbury 21 Oct 1877 and Daniel Turner 1 Jan 1880. With mention to Dan stating our Father and an arrow to David Franklin:
She has just uncovered the death records of Daniel Turner showing father David Franklin and mother Elizabeth Jane Gibson. Daniel Turner died in 1862 in New Mexico.
I also found on Kindred Konnection a D F Asbury marriage note to Elizabeth Jane Gibson in 1874 and it shows Tenn.
I have found Elizabeth J Gibson's father Randolph III also died in Savoy Tx as he moved there due to family being there. Any help you can come up with will be appreciated.
