Anyone from this forum have any further knowledge or connections re Alvessa, b Mar 1863, dau of Levi Asbury and Huldah Bristow? Alvessa m Compton Sydney Matthews in Attica, Fountain Co, IN, 25 Jul 1883. As far as I know, Alvessa and Compton had 9 children (7 survived to adulthood); she died around 1920 in Monterrey, MX, and is buried in San Antonio TX.
