James Asbury and Margret Claypool

I am trying to find any information on James Asbury that married Margret Claypool , she was the daughter of Jeremiah Claypool. Everywhere I turn they have Margret dying in 1836, but she had my GGrandfather Eli Clinton Asbury in 1837.Eli Clinton's,sister Amanda married Manassa Smith
Asbury. Manassa Smith Asbury died in the Civil War. The James Asbury that married Jane Bolland, couldn't have been the same James Asbury that was the father of Eli Clinton and Amanda Asbury. Help me find this James asbury.
