Yes I do remember Uncle Charlie. We didn't see him very often. He was a large man and always laughing. I have a nephew just like him and Granpa Asberry. (John).
I was looking in the 1920 U.S. census this week and found this about the family.
Asberry, John (head) 47 yrs. from Missouri
Bell wife 47 " " Arkansas
Charlie son 15 " " "
Lola Dau. 15 " " "
Elbrect son 7 " " "
Earl son 21 " " "
There was also Pete, who was not listed, but he was older than my father, Earl, and I suppose he had already left home. I am just beginning working on this and will send you more info. as I 'figure it out'. Would also appreciate all that you have. Thanks
