I think our Minerva is the one and the same. I was told that my Grandmother Dovie was twin. My grandmother was born Dec. 26, 1882. She died in Nov. 18, 1969. Her parents were James Gentry and Minerva Azbill. I also have Minerva's parents as James Azbill and Paulina Bicknell.
Dovie married James Sidney Vanwinkle. My grandfather died in 1945. My father was Arby Vanwinkle. My Grandfather's parents were Cashus Vanwinkle and Cordelia Azbill. Both Dovie and James Sidney are buried in Cave Springs Cemetery in Jackson County. There is a Minerva buried there also. Do you think that she could be our Minerva?
Minerva has been something of a mystry for me. I always thought she stayed in Kentucky.
