I was delighted to find a copy of this book by Robert J. Arvin Jr. in the "Arvin, California" public library. I was researching in "Arvin, CA" and found that the town was started by a group of businessmen from San Bernardino CA and that "Arvin Richardson" was the sole supporter in seeing the two remaining to this date. Not an Arvin link to my research, I was good to find out why this little farming community outside of Bakersfield was named after our sometimes frustrating to research surname.
The book was signed by the author.
