Was wondering if anyone knew anything about him.. His father was Wm. G. Arvin, and he was born 1907. He lived in Lenior, N Carolina when he was married, about 1932. He had a brother named Marion, and spent his childhood in an orphanage.
I don't know his mother's name. Does anyone recognise him form their research?
