Rosa Artze Lajonchere - 1880's Cuba

Trying to trace great grandparents - Francisco and Rosa Artze Lajonchere who were in Cuba in 1880 (when my grandfather was born there). Rosa was possibly born in France. However the other names involved sound Spanish (she's listed as Dona Rosa Crescencia Artze and her parents were Don Jose Joaquin and Dona Fermina Santibanez.) Anyone know if Artze is Spanish or French?
