I checked my data and I could not find Francis Viola Artz.
I thought she might be in the Peter Artz line, which had many family members in the Hagerstown, Fredrick MD area.
If you have some additional information on your husband's line, maybe we can find a link.
I have at least 3 different Artz lines that I have access to, and as near as I can tell they are not related to each other. Do you know Francis' parents or grandparents? I'll try to help if I can.
