I'd really like to know the death date of Isreal since you found his grave. Would you mind sharing? I'd really appreciate it.
The Historical Committee for the Braun/Brown Family traced many of the John Jacob Artz m. to Eva Braun family members. The Artz - Braun marriage produced 11 children. I don't have his will close by to tell you how many were in his will but my ancestor was John Jacob #2 and his brother Christian is your ancestor if you are from Isreal's Jacob m. to Susan Hock.
Because it was difficult to trace out of state and because Eva was female (and people are not all that willing to trace female lines) the line stops with Isreal's children.
I'd really like to have more information on "any" of these family members:

Maybe I'd better clarify from Jacob & Eva Braun Artz.
Their son, Christian m. Catherine Noecker d/o Christian and Anna Catherine (Batdorf) Noecker (Christian Noecker's will is in Dauphin Co.).
John (some claim John Jacob) Artz is Christian and Catherine (Noecker) Artz's oldest child. Christian was m. 2X's. Christian Artz is bu. Union Cemetery, Myerstown, Lebanon Co. (once was part of Dauphin Co.) and his birth 13 March 1773- 27 Feb. 1820/9 (read on tombstone difficult).
Anyway John (alias John Jacob) is alleged to have married Sara Spangler.
This leads to your Isreal.
