I recently foud out that my GG Grandfather, Newman Nicholas (later shortened to Nichols), b.1798 in Henrico Cty VA d.1893 Jackson Cty OH Married Susan or Sarah Artrip b, 1817 in Lawrence Cty but I am not sure if it is VA, WV, or OH. Does this make a connection with anyones information? Help would be appreciated, and the only help I can give is on the Nicholas side.
