After the death of her husband, Elizabeth (Mangrum ?) Oliver married William (Billie) Arter on 18 NOV 1838 in Fayette County, Tennessee. The Arters came to Arkansas between 1842 and 1844, along with Elizabeth's children: Martha Ann Oliver (later McCaslin)and Samual Alexander (Alec) Oliver. Both William Arter and Samual Alexander Oliver were blacksmiths.

D: 14 JAN 1885 near Booneville, Logan County, Arkansas

Elizabeth (Mangrum ?) Oliver Arter
B: 18 DEC 1814 North Carolina
D: 15 AUG 1885 near Booneville, Logan County, Arkansas

William and Elizabeth Arter had a son, I.G. (Green)Arter B: About 1841 in Tennessee.
Green Arter's wife was Manirva, who was born about 1847 in Missouri. Their son was John W. Arter, who was born about 1869 in Arkansas.
