Hi Mitsey,
I have an uncle, Phillip Arter, who lived in Bokoshe, OK. He was married to Linda Polcic of Panama, my mother's younger sister. They had two daughters, Janet Lee (Arter) and Lisa Kay (Arter). I don't know their married names, but I'm sure they're still in the area. I never knew Phillips parent's names, but they did live in the Bokoshe, Panama, Shady Point and Poteau area. Sounds like a connection here. Let me know if I can help; I have some pictures as well.
