Hi Joseph

I was actually researching Judith for a friend, although my husbands grandmother is also an Arsenault from P.E.I. our line is from Tignish. I looked for Joseph in my databases,but did not find him. I did, however find that the name Bastarouche can not be found anywhere as it is really "Bastarache". I was able to find info on a Melie Bastarache born on March 24,1859 in Buctouche, Kent, N.B. to Aime Bastarache & Ursule Desroches. This info. comes from the LDS & could be helpful in your search for Joseph. Hope it helps a little & let me know if you come up with anything new.
