Hello Don. I can't help you on Andre, however maybe this will help.
Firmin Arsenault ( Paul & Anne Bernard ) married Marie Poirier about 1788 in Rustico. Children: Nicolas m Marie Aucoin 1817, Isaie b 1806 m Marie Poirier 1829, Joseph m Charlotte Gallant 1838, Juliette m Andre Blanchard, Ursule m Marcel Aucoin Feb. 11, 1817 Rustico.
I will send you a few of my Blanchard files just to view.
