I have an Edesse Aresenault in one of my branches of the family tree. She was born on Feb 5, 1815 and baptized on the 12th. Her parents were Barthelemie Arsenault (son of Cyprien Arsenault and Marie Bourgue) and Barbe Richard (daughter of Charles Richard and Marie Poirier). She married Germain Gaudet son of Francois gaudet and Agnes Arsenault, on Nov 26, 1844 at Egmont Bay. Germain was married before to Marguertie Poirier. Edesse had 3 children that I know about Malanie Gaudet, Gelase Gaudet and Fidele Gaudet. I am a decendant down her sisters line, Marie Procule Arsenault.
