Sorry I was not able to help re: Margaret and Felix.

You say Margaret may have been adopted by a Peter Gallant. You might want to try looking for a marriage between Mary Arsenault and Peter Gallant. It was very common on the island for a woman to remarry after her first husband died, and the children often kept their father's surname.

Also, Angela, I did'nt take it that you meant "mixed up with" in a bad way! I don't know if you've done much research on the Arsenault's and Gallant's on PEI, but if you have you must know that they are VERY MUCH "mixed up with" each other!!
