Notes for MARY ANN MALEY:
1900 US census for Morris Ashnald (Marry Ashnald) in Portland lists Morris, Mary A Ashnald, John, Francis, Margaret, Evanestus. 1910 census from Hopkinton, Mass. lists: Morris Arnold, Mary A., John, Francis, Margaret, Eva, Regina, Irine (Irene), Idale (Adele), Evelyn. 1920 census also under Morris Arnold. A son, Léo was born in Maine in 16 August 1899 and died in North Conway, NH September 02, 1901. This was confirmed in an email from the North Conway Library History Room. Possibly buried in the Dinsmore cemetery in Intervale. Note the 1900 census does not list him and it appears that he may have been living with his grandmother, Monica Ashnalt, who lived in NH at the time. 1900 census shows a daughter, Evanestus, who appears to also have been born in August 1899 but does not appear again. Adele and another of her sisters always said there were two siblings who died very young so it would appear that these are the two in question and they appear to have been twins.
