With regards the Isaac Arsenault Henry asked about: There seems to be a second Isaac Arseneault who lived on PEI, who married an ANNE CORMIER, rather than the one on the Magdalen Islands married to MARIE CORMIER. This latter Cormier always went by MARIE, and never ANNE. Henry is looking for the first one, who are the parents of Francois Arsenault of PEI married to Sophie Gallant at Miscouche.
Francois-Narcisse of the Magdalens was always known as "Narcisse", and never married to my knowledge, which is extensive as you already know regarding these Madelinot families, having spent over 30 years researching them myself.
Somewhere out there is another Isaac Arsenault who married Anne Cormier on PEI.
