Hi,
The first born of my parents (Alexander Arsenault & Helen LeBlanc) was Julia Marie born on March 30, 1924 at home in Margaree, Inverness County, Nova Scotia in Canada. From what I was told she developed Scarlet Fever as a child and was left in a wheelchair for a good part of her life. She died September 14, 1940 at the age of sixteen.
She is one of the main reasons for my family research. I am looking for a picture of her. I've asked my Mother and all of my brothers and sisters if they have ever seen a picture of her. Needless to say they say there is none. Now I realize that this is a "stab in the dark" but I wonder if perhaps she may have been captured in someone's else photo.
I've checked with the local school, relatives and people who knew Julia and have gotten the same response.
I fully realize that this request is one that may never be realized, however I'm determined to search every possilbe avenue. Sure hope someone can help!
