Hi Rick,

Another thing I noticed on Placide and Jane's marriage was that HER parents are listed as Wesley & Sarah Smith, rather than the Noiles-Tucker parents you just cited. Thought you might want to recheck that. I did find Placide & Jane at the site as well, then connected them to Etienne & Victoire Petitpas of Barachois.

If you write to Amherst, the pastor there is a Rev. Daniel Boudreau, who might be a help in getting you what you need as far as getting records of your aunts and uncles. There sure is a lot of material to look over. Good luck in your search and best regards. Dennis
