My great aunts spoke of a Phillipe (Philip) Arseneault who lived in Philadelphia. Thay said he was a realtive who came down fron Canada during "Evangeline," as they put it. Is there a Phillipe or Philip Arseneault who landed in Philadelphia? My great aunts said he was a very good cabinet-maker.
