David Francis Arsenault...London, ONT.

I have been trying to find a friend of mine. David "Franky" Francis Arsenault. I last saw him in June of 1996, when he left for a trip to Barbados. I don't know his birthday off hand but would guesstimate he's be in his early to mid thirties now. I know he has a brother named Paul, and a brother that passed away a year or two before we met. His parents live in London as does his brother Paul. I believe he was named after his uncle but I could be wrong.
If anyone can help me locate him I would be eternally grateful.
