Larry,

A belated followup to your 20 February query. Just thought I'd point out that the Joséphine Goguen who married Pierre Arsenault in 1890, was born on 20 Sep 1869, and was actually the granddaughter of Maximilien & Clemence (Cormier) Goguen. Joséphine's parents were Maximin & Sylvie (Bourque) Goguen. [1]

The parents of Pierre Arsenault, as Mr. Savard correctly replied, were Damien and Marie (Richard) Arsenault. Pierre was their eldest, born 7 Aug 1860 and baptized Primé Arsenault at Grand Digue, NB. [2]
