Paul,

I found Samuel R. Arrison in Hancock Twp., Hancock Co., ILL in the 1860 Census for ILL on page 729. I only have access to the index so no details are given. There are no other Arrisons located there.

He is also on the 1830 and 1840 Censuses for Liberty Twp., Delaware Co., OH.

I don't know what happened to him in 1850. I can't find him.

You might have to send away for a copy of the Hancock Co., Census, p.729. I don't know where else you could find it.
