Don't know whether this will help you or not, but there is a book entitled Row, Rowe, and Rosser that might indirectly help you with the information. It's focused on the Rossers one of whom is the John Arrington that married Martha Rosser. Double check the information if and when you find anything, because there are chunks of it that have signifigant mistakes. However most of the Book is correct on the Rosser family(happens to be my mother's family).
