Hello cousins,
I have recently "re-begun" working on my tree, after a ten year hiatus, and am always looking for new info. Here is my line, backwards from me: (in KS)David N--Sen Neil H & Donna Schindler--James H & Jessie Fields--Alfred V & Nettie Smith--(in KS,IA,IL,KY)William V & Sarah Herndon--(in KY)John & Lydia Dillman--(in KY & VA)Thomas II & Mary--(in VA & ?)Thomas I & Mary.
I am vague from John on back on some things, such as John's place of death, dates & places for both Thomases, and the maiden name trees: Herndon, Dillman and both Marys. Thomas II's Bourbon Co, KY, land records, and a marriage record for his daughter, indicate he moved there about 1810 then to Gallatin Co, KY, before 1815.
There have been other postings that indicate there is more VA and KY information out there. Any one want to trade info? The KS branch is what I know most about. Thanks!
