I have previously posted some obits for the above and Abners will. All Abners kids are with him here except Melvina who m. her twins husbands brother, Peter James Smith. Peter was born 1834 Canada and Joseph Wood Smith was b. 1836 canada. Also missing is the son that died in the civil war, forget his name right now.
Charlotte and Abner either didn't have children together or they died, because none are mentioned in the will, but it clearly states Charlotte is his wife. Abner was also a state senator in KS during the 1870's.

(missing is Olive who is with them in the 1850 census in IL, also prob older kids not in 1850 census. They came to the US after 1844)
Joseph Smith lived tell abt 1923 and is in the 1920 census with his daughter Lillian Barns in Corning CA. He was a part time preacher, farmer, and minor.
