Hello Family,
Here is a new's paper clipping I got while visiting family,
Wm.T.ARRASMITH DEAD
-------------------- One of the pioneers of Clay township W.T.Arrasmith,died the 28th day of September,1918,Visiting at his old home in Illinois, aged about 80 years. No man in that part of the county stood higher in the estimation of the people than Mr.Arrasmith.In an early day in this county he conducted a small store at old Judson, where he also was postmaster, and no man ever served the people in a more careful
and painstaking manner, He was a Democrat of the old school, stern and exacting of his party the greatest efficiency in all its undertaking, yet to his fellow man he was the personification of kindness and generosity. May he rest in peace.
Obituary next week.
-----------------------------------
I am proud to be the gg grandson of William Thomas Arrasmith & Jennie H.O'Bryant
Your's truly,
DAVID R COON
