“Funeral For Mrs. Jenkins Held Monday---Funeral services for Mrs. Martha Jenkins, 65, were held at South Madisonville Baptist Church on Monday morning, Rev. Victor Orr officiating, followed by burial in Sunset Cemetery.
Mrs. Jenkins died at the home of her son, Dillon Jenkins, in Dayton, Ohio, Friday.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Nellie Faye McCloud of Dayton; four sons, Lloyd of Loudon, Dillon of Dayton, Ishmael of Vonore and Kenneth of Dayton; two brothers, B.M. Arp of Ballplay and Bert Arp of Madisonville; two sisters, Mrs. Rankin Mason of Knoxville and Mrs. Tom Bivens of Lenoir City.”
