Hello Jim,
I have some information on the family that you are looking for. I'm not sure exactly which one you are interested in; however, my great-grandfater was Richard Peter Arp. Richard's daughter, Meta, was my grandmother. I researched this family at the Morman Church in Davenport, IA and someone had traced this family back to the 1600's (I think). It's been a few years since I looked at any of this but I do have all of the information. Many of the Arp's and Osenbruggens are buried here in Rock Island, IL in the Chippiannock Cemetery. Please let me know if you would like some more information on this family.
