Here is some information I recently discovered concerning my branch of the Aron family. I would love to correspond with any of my relatives from this family:

Georg Nicolas Aron born about 1766 in Bas-Rhin, France. He married Margaretha Doess born about 1766 in Bas-Rhin, France, about 1785 in Bas-Rhin, France.
Children of Georg Nicolas Aron and Margarehta Doess:

Jean Nicolas Aron born 12 Oct 1794 at Petersbach, Bas-Rhin, Alsace, France. He married Margaretha Klein born 5 Feb 1789 in Hambach, Bas-Rhin, Alsace, France, daughter of Georg Klein and Maria Margaretha Meder on 11 April 1815 in Hambach, Bas-Rhin, Alsace, France.
Children of Jean Nicolas Aron and Margaretha Klein:

Nicolas Aron was born on 27 Jan 1817 at Hambach, Bas-Rhin, Alsace, France. He married Christine Ottermann born 12 Feb 1829 in Bas-Rhin, France, daughter of Pierre Ottermann and Catharina Koel, on 12 Aug 1845 at Hambach, Bas-Rhin, France.

Children of Nicolas Aron and Christine Ottermann:

1. Christine Aron born 10 Aug 1846, Hambach, Bas-Rhin, France. No further record, probably died young. Parents reused her name for another child.

2. Caroline Aron born 5 May 1849, Hambach, Bas-Rhin, France. No further record.

3. Margaretha Aron was born on 28 Jan 1858 at Hambach, Bas-Rhin, Alsace, France. She immigrated to the United States and married (--?--) Kneasley circa 1895 at Pennsylvania.

4. Nicolas Aron born on 10 Jul 1862 at Hambach, Bas-Rhin, Alsace, France. He married Christine circa 1885 at Bas-Rhin, Alsace, France. He arrived in the United States on 26 Aug 1893 at Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, ship name: Illinois. He left the Port of Antwerp, Belgium. His family settled in Quakertown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. His family is found in the 1900, 1910, 1920 Bucks Co., PA census. He was naturalized in Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Caroline Aron born 1889 married Robert Anthony
George Aron born 1891 married Elizabeth Kernechel
Catharine Aron born 1894 married Calvin Kernechel
Emil Aron born 1897 married Carrie Harriet Gleason
Nicholas W. Aron born 1899 married Florence Belvin
Harry Aron born 1902 married Dorothy Marenakos
Margaret Aron born 1905 married John Knisley

5. Christine Aron born 6 Oct 1870 at Hambach, Bas-Rhin, Alsace, France. She left the port of La Havre, Haute-Normandie, Seine-Maritime, France on the ship: La Bretagne. She arrived in the United States on 21 May 1888. She was naturalized in Mar 1896 at Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. She married Robert Gleason, son of John Gleason and Elizabeth Logan, on 9 Aug 1896 at Camden, Camden County, New Jersey.

Harriet Caroline Gleason born 1897 married Emil Aron
John Gleason born 1899 married Lillian Rogers
Robert Gleason born 1900. Died infant.
Sarah Edna Gleason born 1902 married Herman Lokan
