Dick,
I too am searching for any and all info about Paul Arnspiger. From the Palatines to America vol VIII, No 3, Winter 1983, they show Paul md. Maria Bruner as a son of Jerg (George) Heinrich Ernsberger/Arnsberger. (Also Ernstberger).George Heinrich arrived in the colonies 8 Oct 1737 on the ship Charming Nancy.George married Maria Magdalena Rausch ca 1740.He died in 1754 and I have a copy of his Will. His wife remarried within the year to Christian Fox (Fuchs). The following are his children as far as I can tell:
1. Maria Agnesia b 9 Mar 1742 m. Frederick Bauer
2. Ulrich (???) b, ca 1743
3. Christopher (??) b ca 1744 m Catharina Fahrner, moved to Frederick co, MD
4. Paul b ca 1745, m Maria Dorothea Bruner ca 1771 (found death notice of child in 1772)
d, 18 July 1822 Jessamine county, Ky.(Found gravestone last year while in Jessamine county)
5. Maria Dorothea b 1 Dec 1748
6. George Henry b 14 Feb 1750
7. Michael b ca 1753 (???)
I am anxious to talk with you.How are you descended through Paul??My line is Paul's son Michael, Gabriel, George William, Eugene Nettles, Eugene Steeves and my husband, Gene.
I have a great deal of Arnspiger information and would be happy to share.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Jo Arnspiger
