Sorry I hadn't responded to your posting.
I don't really have much information about Cidney/Citnah:
She married James Deegan of Dushore, PA and her parents were Selah Arnout and Prudence Knight. (I don't know when she was born)
I descend from her brother's family, Joshua Arnout.
