We are searching for additonal information and the descendants of Albert McMicle Arnot & Caroline (Veal) Arnot's children.
Their brief bio follows:
Albert McMicle Arnot was born on July 2, 1819 at Oshawa, Durham, Ontario, Canada.
Albert McMicle Arnot married his third wife, Caroline (Veal) Arnot in 1872 at Hill County, Texas. Caroline (Veal) Arnot was
born in Tennessee. Five (5) children were born of their union: Dan M. Arnot born on November 22, 1872, died on November
25, 1954, Caroline "Missy" (Arnot) Stewart born in 1876, Bessie Decima "Dessie" (Arnot) Bell born in 1878, Robbert J.
Arnot born in May 1880, and Texas "Texie" (Arnot) Bell born in January 1883. All of the Arnot children were born at Hill
County, Texas.
On July 31, 1888, Albert & Caroline purchased a large lot section, No. 13, Block 4 of the McMullan addition in the City of
Hillsborough for $3,500.
Albert McMicle Arnot died and was buried on June 20, 1889 at his ranch in Hill County, Texas. Caroline (Veal) Arnot died
and was buried after 1900 at Hillsborough, Hill County, Texas.
I am a direct descendant of Albert & his second spouse, Mary Jane (Richardson) Arnot. We have a very through database for
Albert's ancestors which we would be pleased to share.
