Trae, although I am familiar with these family names and the community of Sherwood, TN, plus several other communities along Crow Creek, near Stevenson, AL, I don't recognize Beulah or Charles Pittman, nor their offspring. However, I feel that they may be related to the family of Alfred Benton Arnold and his wife Dicie Annie Walker as they resided in those areas. These families are commingled with many other families in the vicinity of Stevenson, including the McCrary family; all have descendants yet living in Jackson Co., AL. I am related to these families and have presented their known ancestry and lineages together with other relatives in "Descendants of Matthew Russell and Related Families of Jackson Co., AL: A Collection of Genealogies," 2009. If your interests lie in knowing who their kinfolks are and to whom they merged then perhaps I can assist you. I have included in the book many of the known ancestors of the related families in the work, but Arnold and Pittman are two that first surfaces in the 1880s with Alfred's parents and Virgil Pittman, the earliest known Pittman in the valley.
